Q. Are there any up-front fees for your service? :
A. No, there are no up-front costs and we can even begin in-putting new studies into our clients CTMS system before recruitment begins.
Q. Do you have a Confidentiality agreement?:
A. We have a confidentiality agreement in place for each one of our clinical research clients. Patient information belongs solely to our research client and we make sure it stays that way.
Q. How many qualified appointments do you average a week:?
A. With one CRA recruitment specialist running 5 days a week, 8 hours a day we are able to qualify approximately 100 appointments depending on available studies.
Q. Are there certain hour requirements we have to meet to be a client?:
A. No, we are very aware the clinical research industry is always changing. One day a research client may have 10 studies and with 48 hours they are down to 5. Because of that, we make our hours flexible to best fit each clients needs.
Q. Do you schedule for only one study at a time? :
A. No, when a candidate calls in we qualify them for whatever study they fit into. If they call to participate in one study but don’t qualify, we will go through the rest of the currently enrolling studies to see if they can qualify for one of those. We make the most of each candidate we speak with.
Q. Do you input all of the patients information into our database?
A. Yes. We input everything from Demographic information to current medications and medical history. Our goal is to help our clients build a rich and highly detailed database so they can make the most of every candidate that we speak with.
